What is our challenge?

2010 sees the 5th Anniversary since Shooting Star started providing care services. Since 5th August 2005, more than 250 families have been supported in their own homes, in the community and at the purpose-built hospice, Shooting Star House. These care services are provided free of charge to families, 365 days a year, across the western half of London and north Surrey.

Team Shooting Star

Team Shooting Star includes former England and Middlesex County Cricket stars, Angus Fraser and David Nash; family members who have been supported by our care services; and Shooting Star Chief Executive, Dalton Leong. Every single member of the team is a true star!

We need your help please...

We currently have 54 members of Team Shooting Star, including three Mini-Marathoners. If you know of anyone who has gained their own place in the public ballot for the Virgin London Marathon 2010, please ask them to consider joining our team. We are looking for our highest ever number of runners to help celebrate this landmark year.
